**Weekend Events require a minimum 4-hour rental** | Inquire about Weekday Events Over 1900 sqft of open loft space (2600 sqft w/lobby & foyer) with so much natural light and character beyond belief! At our space, there is also a little lounge area just inside the large rolling door that has access to shelves, mirrors, fridges, extra seating, etc. If you're looking for this space for a wedding or larger event, you may also have access to our foyer area for light decor and signage! Weekend Rate = $225/hr. 4/hr minimum Weekday Evenings = $150/hr. 3/hr minimum Space Details: - 70 Chairs Included - 3 Couches Included - 12 Tables Included - Catering Area - Outside Catering Allowed - PA System Available for $100 (mic, speaker, aux cable) - DJ's must bring their own equipment - Seated 90 | Standing 120 - $100 Grand Piano Rental - Freight Elevator Depending on the scale and nature of the event we require a building manager and event manager on site. Cost = $25/hr for each manager This space has been utilized in many ways such as wedding/bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions, photoshoots, live music venue, meetings, visual artist gallery, and dance performances. Your options are unlimited here! We like to think of this space as an expansion of the creativity everyone has with them, in hopes it can help others find their inner creativity even more! Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
