STUDIO RULES All rentals include setup and teardown time. No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the Premises. No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Furniture can only be moved by the hosts upon request. Trash should be placed in the bins or in the kitchenette, the host will take care of the rest. In general, please just be respectful of our space and our neighbors! CONDUCT This is a shared studio and we maintain a professional environment. Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Company’s Premises. Renter agrees that a Company representative may, at Company’s sole discretion, be present at all times. If the representative observes or becomes aware of any illegal activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately. In such case, no refund will be given for unused time. However, Company and its representative assume no responsibility to act in such cases. EQUIPMENT Company agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. Renter shall notify Company immediately of any malfunction, damage or other issues with the equipment. DAMAGE Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to Company’s property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or his/her party occupies the Premises. Renter agrees to pay reasonable repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. RESTORATION If any damage occurs to the Premises, or if any repairs or replacements need to be made to the Premises as a result of Renter's exercise of its rights under this License, Renter shall pay Company for any such damage, repairs, or replacements upon demand by Company. INTERFERENCE Renter shall use the Premises in a manner which shall not cause interference with the use or occupancy of the other portions of the Building by Company or others in any way. Renter's use hereunder will be done in such a manner so as not to interfere with or impose any additional expense upon Company in maintaining the Building. GOVERNING LAW & MISCELLANY Licensee shall comply in all respects with all federal, state, county, city, or other local laws, regulations and ordinances and all rules and regulations of any governmental authority, in connection with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding and agreement between Company and Renter. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. The laws of the State of California shall govern this Agreement. The following signatures constitute a legal binding Agreement between Renter and Company:
Great space, light, organization, and communication. It was a breeze to load in, park next door, and get access to the studio. Karen was on hand in the office nearby for any and all questions. Studio looks exactly as is and was super clean and organized. Would book here again!
Great Experience! They were extremely helpful with all of our needs. Unfortunately, it was raining and cloudy all day so we could enjoy that natural light but other than that it was great.
The space and owners are amazing! The space is beautifully maintained, has great light, lots of useful props and the owners are responsive, kind and great to work with. I absolutely recommend the loft and will definitely use it again.
