We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Space was NOT as pictured. Much smaller. Complicated to get into. Security for the building was rushing me at the end despite what the host had told me about having 30 minute clean up. Also random residents from the apartments were coming in and hanging out.

This space was exactly what we were looking for! We needed an outdoor space that could accommodate our big group of family and friends, many of which had children. There were games, ample amount of shade, plenty of seating, and lots of space for kids to run around. Parking was a bit tricky, but we were allowed extra time before and after our scheduled booking to help guide our guests to the location. Also, no elevator access to the roof, so strollers/wheelchairs were not able to it up. Overall, Courtney and her staff at the location were great and very helpful with coordinating our event.

The space was great! VERY roomy. Pretty when the sun sets although a little windy. The only negative is access to the space. Not convenient. Especially when bringing lots of decorations and food up. LOTS of stairs ! The restrooms are convenient as well. More stairs and down a ramp to the gym on the other side of the building which requires a key fob to get in. The Hostess, Courtney was VERY sweet and replied quickly to all correspondence. The price is modest for the size of the venue. Over all it’s worth looking at.
