Outdoor Beer Garden and lounge perfect for parties or friendly game night gatherings. Enjoy a spacious outdoor venue with picnic benches, BBQ Grills and ping-pong table. Perfect for any lively event. We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting https://www.theeventhelper.com/partner/Peerspace Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was exactly what we were looking for! We needed an outdoor space that could accommodate our big group of family and friends, many of which had children. There were games, ample amount of shade, plenty of seating, and lots of space for kids to run around. Parking was a bit tricky, but we were allowed extra time before and after our scheduled booking to help guide our guests to the location. Also, no elevator access to the roof, so strollers/wheelchairs were not able to it up. Overall, Courtney and her staff at the location were great and very helpful with coordinating our event.

The space was great! VERY roomy. Pretty when the sun sets although a little windy. The only negative is access to the space. Not convenient. Especially when bringing lots of decorations and food up. LOTS of stairs ! The restrooms are convenient as well. More stairs and down a ramp to the gym on the other side of the building which requires a key fob to get in. The Hostess, Courtney was VERY sweet and replied quickly to all correspondence. The price is modest for the size of the venue. Over all it’s worth looking at.
