Equipped with both a gas fire pit and fire place, BBQ Grill, occasional seating, TV and sun shades. This is the ideal space for any event. We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

David G. booked a birthday party for 30 people
To start, this is my first time booking an venue through this site, so I did not know what to anticipate. When I arrived at the venue, I was in complete disarray. The location was dirty, the grills had food residue and there were food crums and wrappers all over the floor. I had to clean everything prior to my event starting. The TV did not work and someone had smeared food across it. The gas firepit, the main reason I booked the venue, did not work. It leaked gas and would make a high pitch noise if left on. There are only two outlets in the entire venue and they were 15 ft above the wall (fortunately one of my attendees had an extention cord). Only one of them was functional. The worst part was throughtout my stay, roaches kept appearing, scaring my invitees. Every 30 mins, I would hear my attendees scream after one appeared. For the price of this booking (my event was 4 hours), I was expecting better accommodations and things in working condition. This experience really make me reconsider booking on this site.
