Office loft in the heart of the Arts District available on weekends and evenings for photoshoots and small interview type set ups. Total 1950 sq ft. area, concrete floors and ceilings, lots of natural light flooding through south-facing windows, and its very own conference room (15.5 ft X 16 ft) separated from the main area by large windows. 8 large desks, Herman Miller chairs, and a sitting area. This space also has a kitchen, separate office and two smaller rooms which can be used for wardrobe and/or hair and make up. We also offer the option to clear out the main office space if required.
- No smoking. - No loud music after 11pm. - No adult filming - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Brooks was a terrific host. All my questions were answered rapidly and he provided all the assistance I needed. The crew reported that all went great at the location--the rep Brooks provided was very helpful. All this added up to making a very smooth and successful shoot. Great location for a creative office! Easy to load in gear and get everything up there. The production design was amazing. We barely had to touch anything to make it look great. The hosts were great to work with as well and very helpful.
