Non smoking and Drug Free venue. No loud music after 11pm. One day ABRA alcohol license or licensed bartender required before rental if alcohol is served. No alcohol should be served to anyone under 21 years of age. Food has to be catered by a licensed caterer exception can be made if only finger foods or light snacks will be served. Food dropped or drink spills on hardwood floors or lobby carpet should be cleaned immediately. Fines of up to $800 may apply for permanent stains. All trash must be compiled in trash bags and put in the kitchenette at the end of the event. No food or drinks near the studio curtains or on couches. No sitting or leaning on ballet barres in studio- if damaged a charge of up to $1,000 can apply. No glitter allowed. For decoration purposes-art work can not be removed off of walls and any event decorations should be affixed with materials that do not cause puncture or marks on the walls. Use of front desk and front desk equipment is not allowed. Renters are liable for damages to floors, ceilings, doors, curtains, walls, studio furniture, art work, equipment, bathroom, kitchenette, and prep room. Stains or damages of curtains will result to fines up to $2,000. No entertainment, decorations, or cooking devices that may cause a potential fire. $100 cleaning fee will be charged for events that include food and drinks in addition to rent paid to Peerspace. A studio staff member will be present at all times during rentals and will conduct a preliminary walk through and post event walk through to asses and take pictures of any damages. The studio reserves the right to request photos and videos of the event from the renter and take photos or videos for marketing/promotional purposes of the studio. Studio is not liable for any items left behind after rental. Fines will apply for any missing studio items, furniture, equipment, and artwork.

The team at Silvia's was great to work with from start to finish. Their onsite attentiveness was impressive and super responsive. The space was as advertised and in a great location with plenty of on street parking available. Will definitely book again for future events.
