-Must be 21 yrs or older to book space -Set up and breakdown is included in the hours booked -All events must be private, not open to the public, no advertised events -You cannot sell tickets nor charge a cover fee -You cannot sell food or drinks -No smoking allowed in building -No glitter, confetti or oil based atmospheric effects You may bring in your own food and beverage but alcohol needs to be served by a licensed caterer. A certificate of insurance may be required. If Renter chooses to allow alcohol consumption in the facility, Renter is required to abide by all governmental rules and regulations governing that consumption, including, but not limited to, the checking of identification of all those consuming in order to ascertain the legal status of said consumption. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from all of Renter’s violations of governmental rules and regulations by Renter. Confidentiality- Authorized Users of the space are explicitly prohibited from using any recording technology (including but not limited to written, video and audio formats) to capture, convey and/or communicate the identification of, intellectual property (including but not limited to actual music itself), tenancy status, business processes or other elements of all other Authorized Users of the facility.
