Pricing details below Monday - Wednesday - $35/hr - 24hrs Thursday - $39/hr 6am - 6pm ,$75 After 6pm Friday - $39/hr 6am - 6pm , $150 After 6pm Saturday - $99/hr 6am - 6pm , $200 After 6pm Sunday - $50/hr - 24hrs

Great clean space with beautiful lighting fixtures. They are very communicative too. I had a rehearsal with my cast for a film and everybody liked the space a lot. Abel, the co-owner is a cool guy! Rent this spot; you’ll love it!

Really enjoyed my experience with this location! Abel was onsite and really helpful with everything. The speaker setup was good, the kitchen and bathroom were clean and in great shape, and it's just a beautiful space. Nahom was very responsive in messaging leading up to the event. 5 stars!

First, let me start off with commenting on the two humans involved with making my event a success.....Nahom provided wonderful customer service and was available for me when necessary. Although,I wasnt informed about the missing two light fixtures, the party went on without a hitch. Now, I can't say enough about the host, Abel Wondowsen, that assisted me throughout the duration of the party to make sure my party was a success. He was absolutely incredible and deserves my high praise for how sweet and accommodating he was to assist us. The venue was incredible and created a great atmosphere for all of my guest. Overall, I was beyond pleased with renting out this venue for my event! Thx again! ❤ Erin

The venue was absolutely perfect! Our connoisseur was incredibly helpful. They provided so many amenities and my music video release party was a great success
