Cool mid century house that you can chill out in the yard. Quite in the middle of the city. All furniture's made by me and good for video and photoshoots. Super close to major freeways 10- 405. Walkable to restaurants and public transportation. Lot's of natural light during the day, and ambient lighting outside in the evening. Also dog/pet friendly! Just be sure to pick up after your little fur ball.

Love this space! Main reason is natural light and each room could be a great place for different scenes and shots you might need. We were able to utilize the whole house and really made our shoot. Alper is a fantastic host! Can't wait to shoot here again :)

Alper was extremely responsive and a lovely host. He welcomed our group and was very attentive. His house is unique and special. He's even got a cute dog (Chick), who stayed in the room with him and didn't bother anyone. We shot an hour interview and were there for a total of 5-hours. Set up was easy and seamless, as was breaking down. There is only one bathroom, so if you've got a big group, I'd be wary of that.

A beautiful and eclectic photo shoot location - great light, great background. Alper is super responsive and had the place perfectly prepared for my photoshoot.
Ben I. booked a web series film shoot for 3 people
I initially planned on filming in the computer room as my main location, but upon arrival the room was not set up as shown in the picture - there was a bed in the room, the wall was scuffed up, there was a nest of cables under the desk and the red picture was not hung up anymore. The living room was our backup location, and it worked out well for a backup. It was a well decorated backdrop for our video and looked as is does in the picture.
