This house was wonderful! Jodi was a great host- clear communication, very accommodating and understanding. The house was spotlessly clean and ready for us on time. Looks just like the pictures, great location.
Jodi was an exceptional host! She was a great communicator and very friendly. The space was beautiful and a perfect fit for our photoshoot. There's a lot of natural light and the house has tons of charm! We will definitely be booking again in the future.
I can not say enough good things about Jodi and her family, they were so accommodating and easy to work with, I wish all locations were this great to work with. Some production notes; when our permit notices went out, I received calls from several of the neighbors, sounds like some other productions in the area have been a bit frustrating for them. People, please be respectful of locations and leave with an invitation back. Put your egos aside and realize you are showing up with a large group and occupying people’s personal living space. I always permit extra street parking when posting streets knowing there’s a good chance at least area will be a challenge. Please plan ahead and don’t make filming more difficult for other productions. As for the house, it’s very cute and a perfect family home, most likely not built with c-stands, grip gear, and a production crew :) you will probably want supper space if your crew size is over their max amount, we did base camp in the back and it worked for our small crew. Also, ram-board or companies like locomats are cheaper than L&D, if you’re a big group, pre-call time to safety the walls and floors. Good people, treat them well and good luck!
Jodi's house was perfect for filming. It was exactly what the photos advertised, and she was very communicative and helpful before and during the shoot, but also gave us space to work. Thank you, Jodi!
