About the Space
Bright and modern remodeled house available for video and photoshoot. Remodeled in the Summer of 2017 by a French designer, the house has an industrial and modern style with an "all open" great room including the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a wooden bar. A cupola separates the kitchen space and the living room which gives "rhythme" and brings light to the space. From the living room, a black metal spiral staircase leads you to an office on the mezzanine giving an industrial look to the space. The walls painted White, Black, and Teal give a unique and chic appearance... The price includes the rent of the great room described above (living room, dining room, kitchen area) + the entrance + the outdoor area + 1 bathroom. Add-ons (at an extra charge): - If the crew needs space to get dressed and make-up, you can rent the Master Bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom and access to the garden) shown in the picture. - If you want to rent an office-style space, you can rent the office on the mezzanine (overlooking the living room). Please make sure you book the correct space that fits your needs so that there are no bad surprises on arrival. For the outdoor, we've painted our fences black so please consider the photos with the black fences.

Amazing space! Beautiful. Fit all of our needs. Anelor was super responsive and helpful. It was a last minute booking and she was understanding and moved quickly to get everything in order. This space is absolutely amazing. There’s this spiral staircase in the home that makes for some incredible shots, plus the beautiful backyard with a pool! I have used this space twice now. The host is an awesome person. Very nice and very friendly.
