All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Bright and modern remodeled house available for video and photo shoot. Remodeled in the Summer of 2017 by a french designer, the house has an industrial and modern style with an "all open" great room including the living room, dining room and kitchen with a wooden bar. A cupola separates the kitchen space and the living room which gives "rythme" and brings light to the space. From the living room, a black metal spiral staircase leads you to an office on the mezzanine giving an industrial look to the space. The walls painted White, Black and Teal gives a unique and chic appearance... The price includes the rent of the great room described above + the outdoor area + 1 bathroom. If you want to rent the office on the mezzanine or the bedrooms showed on the picture (there are 4 bedrooms) it will cost an additional price: - 1 BR or office = 20$ per hour - 2 BR or 1 BR + office = 40$ per hour - More than 3 BR or 2BR + office = 50$ per hour These expenses are on the Add-ons.

Smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed, alcohol and food can be consumed in the kitchen area only.
If a pet is needed for the photo or film shoot, please let us know and we can discuss it.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Anne-Laure was very kind and easy to work with. Her home was amazing. Plenty of natural light softly glowing throughout. I brought lights for the photoshoot and didn't really have to use them. So many angles to work with around here and I would definitely recommend.
