Our event stylist will work with you on the best furniture set up for your personalized event-all inclusive! Our venue is 1,225 sqft and allows for 70 people (30 people for a sit-down dinner). This space is ideally used for private parties such as: -Reception gatherings -Bridal/Baby Showers -Birthdays -Reunions -Fashion showcase -Non-profit event -DIY parties -Wine & Cheese gathering -Dating for Singles event Our space is guaranteed to make your event a memorable one! Guests must provide additional insurance and provide valid permits for all vendors. You can acquire additional event insurance inexpensively from sites like www.eventhelper.com Note: Please incorporate your set-up and take-down time when booking your event. If your event goes over alotted time slot (including take-down), you will be automatically charged an additional hour at your original given rate. **Please inform any set-up requests at least 5 days prior to your event. Any set-up changes requested within the 5 day period will be an additional $100 charge.
