The kitchen, dining area, bar, living room, study and patio are all connected, offering plenty of space for an event with 50-90 people. The additional courtyard is 30’x20′, offering a lovely space for dining, dancing or seating. This venue has a mod Hollywood Regency vibe to it, with a hint of groovy shagadelic party pad. My production company used this home to shoot a "Fake Commercial" for a children's Television show. We loved the retro vibe of the house, it was the perfect look for our shoot. Steven, the host, was extremely friendly and easy to work with and the home is decorated beautifully. Highly recommended.
