This Villa is about 4,000 square feet- limestone floors throughout the entire home, no carpet floors. We can do shoots from music videos, featured films, shorts, still photography, and shorts. You have full access of the entire home including the pool/ jacuzzi, two working fountains, 12 seat movie theater, elevator, and 5 bedroom suites equipped with walk-in marble steam showers & bathtubs- individual private balconies- ALL WISH OCEAN VIEWS. The neighborhood is very chill, not noisy, and very secluded with maximum privacy. We have 180 degrees of ocean view, 5 minute walk to the beach, and on the COOL side of Malibu, the westside. If you many cars, about 25 car approx. can fit on the property, City of Malibu offers permits for parking etc. Transportation, there is a 534 FAIRFAX to MALIBU Public Metro Bus that takes you to Trancas, which is about 1 mile away from the property.
