Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This space is just perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for to celebrate my birthday this year. Sean was super accommodating throughout the booking process and the event. He was great at providing all the information timely to make my party a wonderful one. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this venue again. It was a pleasure interacting with Sean!

Yes, I would book again.

Sean was incredibly accommodating. He was there the second I got there to help out with the event setup. Always willing to assist and very responsive when I asked questions. This patio is incredibly unique and certainly has an Austin vibe to it with the string lights, funky structures, and plenty of room. I threw my 30th birthday there, and the event could not have gone any better! Thank you Sean!!

Host was SO gracious and welcoming. The space was beautiful and he made sure everything was up to our standards. He was understanding that we had A-List talent that we were shooting with and did his part to make sure everyone was comfortable and appropriate. One thing I would recommend is double checking that the inside is available as well if you need a greenroom or the weather does not permit. We were unaware that the inside was occupied by airbnb guests but everything turned out great :)

Such a cool spot!! Everyone was so impressed with the venue and Sean was amazing. He was in touch and made sure we were totally taken care of. Would highly recommend!!!

Sean was an awesome host! Very accommodating and great to work with. This place is a gem in the downtown area. 10/10 will rent this space again for events. We rented the space in the evening and the patio lighting really helped set a fun chill mood. We had about 50 people at our event and were very comfortable.

Booking this space with Sean was one of the easiest processes, and we were just as pleased with the space! He replied quickly to my inquiry and answered every question I had promptly. The space was exactly what we thought it would be and he put in a great effort in helping us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. Our event was team BBQ for two departments in our company, with just under 50 people in attendance. We grilled out, brought in some drinks, and used the space to lounge and enjoy each other's company. It was incredibly warm and welcoming, and Sean supplied us with entertainment pieces: corn hole boards and a portable bluetooth speaker, as well as coolers and grilling utensils. We would absolutely use this space again if there's an opportunity for us to do so!
