The conference room was in a great location downtown Seattle in the heart of the Pioneer Square District. Great old building with modern conveniences, Staff was accommodating and helpful
Nice room in a great building. It was slightly challenging to find, as they had recently renamed the company (Novell?). But other than that, everything was great.
Very good room that worked well for my training session. A good value and a great room. It was unfortunate that it was not available on Saturday when I also needed the room. I had to go somewhere else. Also on the morning of the event, no one was there to tell us where the meeting room was and the reservation did not have the room number on it. I used the lobby sign in process three times but no one responded to the call. I called the listed telephone number and the phone agent could not find anyone to help. By the time we found someone to help the meeting started 25 minutes late.
Good space and friendly staff. The room I thought I booked in the picture was unavailable when I arrived, so I ended up using the conf room on the 1st floor instead. I think the photos for the 2 rooms are mixed up. I would use again but the photos should be fixed so you get what you expect.
