This space is a quiet haven in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 2,000 square-foot penthouse loft offers an open layout on two floors and plenty of natural light. The open kitchen, two terraces, three bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 office space and an elevator that opens up directly to the living room makes this space a go-to for all producers, meetings and events organizers. We work with you at every step- before, during, and after- to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. After the production, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment. Please note - prices shown in this listing are for groups up to 14 people. For bigger groups, additional fees may apply. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: - The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations. - No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company. - No bicycles are allowed inside. - No smoking. - No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals) - Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care. Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession. PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO: - Move furniture - Turn on or change air conditioners - Operate Equipment If client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such person including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

A great layout with multiple seating areas, lovely outdoor terrace in a modern design setting and perfect Williamsburg location. Eduard and Natalie were super responsive to all our needs. It was a pleasure working with Eduard and the Spin the Cacoon (StC) team during the pre-production process for our video shoot. I could tell they run a tight ship after the first few interactions, and they continued to be throughout pre-pro and on the shooting day. Our onsite rep (Dina) was nimble and quick to help us solve problems on the fly, and the StC locations are so well apportioned you'll save money on art direction. Can't wait to work with them again!
