Host up to 100 guests for a private party or corporate event at my full-floor loft in Midtown. My warm, comfortable and handsomely decorated 3,000 square foot space boasts everything you need for a special celebration, guys night out, off-site meeting, photo/film shoot or film screening. Our loft occupies an entire floor in a commercial building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Rent the entire space for up to 100 guests. The venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, built in music, comfortable vintage styled seating, two bar stations, full kitchen, game room and or conference room with conference table. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and expansive windows create a warm and welcoming environment. The venue is fully equipped with the following amenities: vintage styled sofas, two restrooms, two bars, 20 x 20ft projection screen, 55" flat screen smart TV, cable with sports package channels, dinner table, Xbox console, apple TV, up lights, glassware, poker table with cards and chips, private kitchenette, oven, domestic sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, glassware, ice buckets, drink dispensers, wi-fi, built in sound system with plug in play for iPhone or iPad, JBL bluetooth speaker and many other ameneties. RENTAL RATES All event rates are for a 6-hour event and include a venue manager that will assist with all venue needs. A doorman is also included to allow your guests easy entry into our venue. Complimentary use of our glassware and ice as well as supplies such as hand towels, hand soap and toiletries are included at no additional cost. Buyout / 100 Guests $1,800 / day (ends before 6pm) $2,500 / night Lounge / 80 guests $1,500 / day (ends before 6pm) $2,100 / night *Reduced rental rate options are available for 5-hour events or events held Sunday through Wednesday. **There is a 10% holiday rental fee added to the base rental for all events hosted from 12/1/18 to 12/30/18. We also have experienced servers and hostesses available for hire at the rate of $35/hr which we recommend but are optional, that will help set up for your event, work and clean after so you can enjoy time with your guests. We can also provide open bar packages that include a bartender, garnishes and mixers but we do allow for outside liquor to be brought in but we do require that you hire one of our bartenders. We do work with a preferred caterer that we can refer to you for your event but we also do allow for outside catering or food to be brought in.
Age 21+ Only Events are not allowed to go past 2am Event rental time frame must include time needed for set up and clean up. Guests may bring in their own food or alcohol. Alcohol may be served but not sold. Furniture can be rearranged but must be moved back to its original location before leaving the venue. There is no smoking allowed in the venue. No glitter, sparklers, candles or confetti are allowed. No pets or animals are allowed.

All the staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating, so helpful. I wouldn't change a thing about our experience at this venue. Already thinking of the next event I can host here!
The space was perfect. Tim, the contact on site was extremely helpful in helping us with anything we needed while on site. We used this space for a photo shoot but would absolutely book again for a private event as it was spacious and beautifully designed. Great find!

This space is fantastic! Jack and team were super nice and very responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating. We were conducting several interviews for a documentary and the space allowed us the room to create different looks for each. I would highly recommend and I also think it would be a super cool space for a party!
The space was perfect for our needs and everyone was super helpful on site. I was in from out-of-state and the location was a great central spot for all of our attendees. I would definitely book again.
