Conference/ classroom available to rent. Accommodates upwards of 30 people. This space is well equipped to handle anything from yoga to lectures and interactive classes. Consider using this space for your next business conference or event. Interested parties can contact the coordinator for detailed information. Amentities include: Tables and Chairs Small Kitchen area Whiteboard and Markers Wall Mounted Flatscreen TV Wireless Internet Beverage access (Water and Tea) We are located right across the bridge on Fremont Ave N, in the heart of the neighborhood, just moments to shops and restaurants. Free 2 hour parking available throughout the neighborhood. Additional affordable parking also available in various lots nearby. Sunday parking is completely free.

The space and access was the perfect size for our group of 10 - 15 people. We had a meeting where we needed to present to about 30 people zoom and then break for lunch and networking. It was good for our small group, but it was tough to find enough plug ins for our different devices and the wifi was very challenging given the zoom and lapatop draw from the room. Not a great space for super tech needs, but very comfortable and ideally located to appeal to participants coming from around the region.

This space was bright, sunny and centrally located. I think the size of our group and length of the training was ultimately not suited for the space. From an accessibility standpoint, the stairs and limitations on space when we had 18 people there was not aligned with our needs. I wish the listing had identified that it was only accessible via stairs before booking. This is feedback I will also share with Peerspace. There were a number of issues including the door lock on the building stopped working, the heating system made the space stifling hot and opening windows was not a helpful solution, the small fridge in the space was full of other peoples food, and the HDMI cord for the screen did not provide consistent connection. I believe this space would be much more conducive to a smaller group size and believe that the max capacity listed on the space is not realistic for the size of group we had. The attendees consistently provided me feedback that the space was not aligned with their needs.

When the temperature of the room was cold, the host went out of their way to make sure that the temperature was more comfortable for the next meeting. As noted by other reviewers, the room is best suited for events that don't require extra equipment or accessible entry, due to the stairs at the entry.

Great space in the heart of the Fremont. Perfect for a photoshoot. There are stairs so be mindful of the gear you bring with you. A space I would book again.
