The perfect classroom setting for your next film! We are conveniently located in Midtown and own four floors filled with classroom space. If you are looking to shoot a classroom scene or meeting in your next film then we are the ideal location. Each room has a lot of negative space which is perfect for setting up production equipment and the large windows bring in a great amount of natural lighting. Each classroom is equipped with: Seating Desks Projector Screen White board Speakers Desktop Computer We additionally have an IT staff member who can help you with set up or any questions regarding equipment. Coffee and tea are provided.
We require a COI prior to accepting a booking. A catering fee of $50 for the day will be applied for any outside food brought into the space. A rearrangement fee of $50 for the day will be applied if the furniture needs to be moved around. If the space is damaged during the booking a $100 fee is applied.
