One large white studio with concrete floors, ~800 sqft. Garage roll-up door, skylights throughout, fully modular furniture and 12’ ceilings. Other fun things: - large seamless with many paper colors - garment steamer - space heater The space lends itself well to production work (we design flowers here!), photography, professional meetings, tame parties, group fitness, art gallery-ing...you name it. Max capacity: 50 people. Mostly because we want to be good neighbors.

We held a baby shower at this studio and overall the space accommodated our guests well & was a good vibe. Alex was communicative leading up to our event and was in the back room throughout. However, the space was not as clean as advertised. Luckily, we had time after arriving to go home to grab tablecloths to cover the dirty tables & blankets to cover the couch cushions. This is not a huge deal but should have been transparently communicated upfront. Overall this is a great space if you can invest in clean up, set up & decor before your guests arrive.

My offsite at this space was great! The team enjoyed the large space and ability to be able to walk around and stretch during our long hours discussing team matters. The place was clean and very welcoming. Power, WiFi and standard facilities were great and very helpful. Host was very nice and made sure we were able to get in and out in a timely manner. I will make sure to remember the location for our next offsite.

Alex was super responsive and very accommodating. The space is gorgeous, clean and exactly what we were hoping for. They even had coffee ready for us when we arrived! I'd definitely recommend this space to anyone needing a quiet place to meet or a beautiful space to work.

Rented this beautiful studio on a Sunday afternoon for a bridal shower. We served food and had a bouquet-making station--this place was perfect! They have moving tables that we were able rearrange as we liked and a huge sink for filling buckets full of flowers. There is AMAZING light for photos and parking is plentiful! 100% would book again.

Pro: The space was beautiful and there were tables available to use for display and food which was great. There is a shared bathroom for us and the space is beautifully decorated already.. It was overall a great space to host an event but a few minor cons: the host is very rigid about the time booked for event unless you want to pay for additional time to set up and break down even if it for an additional 15 mins...and we still had to take one of the big trash bins out even after paying $100 for cleaning fee. Also be prepared to walk up driveway to open the gate for guests to enter if you plan to have people staggering in at different times - a code would have been nice. But we made due.
