A "blank canvas" 3600 Sq Ft. sound proofed warehouse/studio that can work with any party theme. We've hosted every kind of get together from wedding receptions to graduation parties to birthday parties to bridal and wedding showers to an S & M workshop! Strings of bistro lights and a mirrored disco ball set the mood our pumping sound system will keep your guests dancing all night long. All furniture is movable, giving you the freedom to make the space what you want it to be, down and dirty or chic and elegant. Green screen cyc wall is perfect for your photo booth setup and since we're in an industrial area and our space is soundproof, you can get as rowdy as you want and no one's going to complain. Our space has huge bay doors that open to a private patio for easy loading. The parking lot can be converted to a private outdoor patio/lounge included in your rental. Parking opens up after 7pm and on the weekends when the surrounding businesses are closed. Bring your imagination, we'll hold the space for your creativity and help make your party unforgettable.
Whether the studio is rented by the hour, half day or full day, the time booked needs to include load-in and out, prep-time and event. In order to access our studio we require: • Proof of Liability Insurance ----- Renter’s Responsibility.* • If alcohol is being distributed, must be done so by a licensed bartender or carter • Security is required for 100+ people *Proof of Liability Insurance is required in an amount not less than $1,000,000 property damage and $1,000,000 bodily injury.
