Welcome to our spacious and natural lighting penthouse with breathtaking views of Downtown Los Angeles. The space is larger than the photos and it goes up to 2,000 sq ft loft that is great for movie screenings, photo shoots, bridal, fashion shows, comedy shows, interviews, youtube sessions, & creative events. It has dynamic views of Los Angeles with the skyline that is breath taking. RAW OR FURNITURE MOVED AROUND! The loft has 9.5 ceilings with concrete floors. It has large wide windows that can be covered with curtains that can block bright lighting. Props around the loft can be used as well for shooting. Upon arrival, there is an loading/unloading zone and elevator access in front. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was amazing!! The location is great, with plenty of parking garages just across the street. The space was open, clean and had a beautiful view of downtown Los Angeles. Management was accommodating, allowing a last minute booking within one hour, saving me from a disaster, as it had rained on my rooftop event. There was a kitchen with a sink and refrigerator and a table, which I was able to use for my food and beverages. The space still allowed for two separate couch areas, a space for my musical performer and two vendors. Thank you for everything!!! We will be using you again.

Booking this gorgeous loft space with Vet was so easy. It is huge and on the top floor of a beautiful building with gorgeous views of downtown and lots of natural light. Vet was very accommodative and even let us come check out the space a couple weeks in advance of our event so we can get a better idea of the layout. We rented furniture from this space as well (through a 3rd-party vendor), which was set up for us according to our specifications in advance of us showing up to the space and was broken down after we left. Everything went very smoothly on the day of our event and all our guests loved the space. The lovely ambience really added to the creative nature of our gathering. I highly recommend this space.
