The Beverly Hills 90210 location offers spectacular views down Palm Drive and the surrounding neighborhood. Parking for the building is varied and includes valet parking inside the building and free public parking near the building. Also, the Metro Bus at Wilshire and Doheney makes a stop about 3 minutes from the office building, for those who prefer public transportation. This conference room is suitable for teams of 14. Hello, I booked this room to do a video recording of an interview, for an independent documentary. Going forward, if any potential client is inquiring about video recordings there, please tell them this room is absolutely not for recordings. It's extremely noisy. It's facing Wilshire Blvd, the busiest boulevard in LA. This fact needs to be disclosed on the page advertising this room. (Had I known that it's facing Wilshire, I would never have booked it.) There was a huge commercial construction just across from us on Wilshire with a jack hammer! Once the jackhammer started, we had to stop the video recording. Some people in the room next door to us were making loud noises and banged on the adjacent wall a few times (maybe actors rehearsing ....). My interview subject and I ended up leaving the room one hour earlier than our scheduled time because the jackhammer started. We ended up going up the street and finishing our interview on the residential street. My interview subject travelled from Canada for this interview. Not sure if you know, but for a video recording the most important thing is the quality sound and minimum or no background noise. I would be able to use some material, but other chunk of our interviews I would need to discard and re-record him on zoom instead. Please save the trouble to future clients who are doing interviews. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.
