WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY BOOKINGS DUE TO COVID-19 This is a 1000 square foot flexible gallery, production, meeting, and co-working space. Our large skylight and windows also provide great natural lighting. We have seating for 20; however, we can accommodate 45 theater style. There will be an additional charge to order the extra seating. We are located in Laurel district of Oakland near restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shopping. Wifi, video monitor, tables, chairs, coffee/tea, and wireless PA system are all included in the fee. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. There is a sink, microwave, and bathroom available for use. This is a great space for small gatherings up to 45 people theater style or 50 standing. We best accommodate small launch parties, film screenings, small concerts, poetry readings, dance rehearsals, small parties, listening events, or pop up retail events. A host will be present when you arrive for your event and we will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival. If you need a host present for your event and help with set up, the cost is $25 per hour. We also offer a backdrop set up for photos at your event for $20 flat fee. Your party/group is responsible for tear down and garbage removal. Our space is available for rent weeknights and weekends by appointment. There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking on MacArthur Blvd. The space is also accessible by bus. We recommend inquiries and/or site visits prior to booking so we can suggest set up and get a clear understanding of your needs. OUR SITE IS AVAILABLE TO BOOK EVENTS MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FROM 5PM ON AND SUNDAYS ALL DAY.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a great experience working with Erica and her husband Randolph to organize a baby shower for my sisters. They were very responsive to my questions, and encouraged me to do an onsite visit to physically check out the space to be sure it was the right venue for our celebration. The space was exactly how I imagined it would look from the pictures, but getting to see all the awesome artwork around the room made it even better! The day of the event, Randolph was a pleasure to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed for us to have a great experience for our event. Our guests absolutely loved the space and were glad we hosted here since they never would have discovered it otherwise. Some guests were interested in checking out the regular community events, and a few who got to thinking about hosting something themselves in the future.
