About the Space

Ultra Luxury 1500 SQFT in Downtown LA. Located in the newest most prestige building. Hourly rates go from $149 an hr to $229 depending on the type of shoot or production and crew size. This is a beautiful 1,500 sq ft space with high ceilings. LARGE open windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the 32nd floor, so out of each window is a gorgeous view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, coffeemaker, oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. The space is perfect for doing portraits, product shots, smaller fashion shoots and video interviews, music videos and filming. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your rental experience the best one. I am available to help my guests 24/7 by phone, text and email.

PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. *The posted price per hour is the beginning rate and may change depending on the crew size. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs SCOUTING-- We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. PARKING-- We recommend parking at a meter on Hope Street. or there is a parking garage next door, which is a $16 flat daily rate. Please keep in mind they do not allow in/outs. If you need to load large or heavy equipment, please contact us via message, and we’ll be happy to explain the loading instructions. NO SMOKING-- This building is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES -- The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.
