Zak's space is wonderful. Spacious and bright and colorful and just an all around great spot to spend a hectic day of filming. At one point, the neighborhood lost power, but his apartment is apparently on TWO grids, so we were able to keep filming despite every place around us being dark! Zak himself was super helpful and accommodating, and I will 100% rent from him again!
I shot a video here and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The sky light was incredible and let a lot of natural light in the room, which helped save us time and money in lighting the space. The space is very large and photo worthy. Best of all, our host Zak was so friendly and welcoming. He was very helpful and accommodating. The location itself is also wonderful. Very close to Manhattan and public transportation. Lots of restaurants and good places to eat in the area. I would highly recommend shooting video or photos here!
