About the Space
STUDIO 5B: We provide a comfortable and spacious room for meetings, rehearsals and presentations. Our studio has heating and AC with access to our lobby and restroom. Chairs and tables are available to set up as needed for your meeting! Weekend rentals or weekday rentals after 6pm require a $250 fee for a staff member to be on-site. For an additional flat free of $100, the space will include: 1x Canon XA Camcorder 2x Batteries 1x Charger 2x LED Lights 1x Boom Pole Furniture & Props

General Rules
All spaces must be returned EXACTLY how they started. That includes:
Furniture, blankets, pillows, office supplies, props returned to position and orientations
Any spills cleaned up, crumbs vacuumed. Any mess left will be charged a cleaning fee.
No cigarettes or drugs used on or outside the premises
No fire escape access allowed - building rules
No furniture moved in the passenger elevator
Amount overtime will be noted by on-site employee and charged
Any mistreatment of on-site employee will incur a charge, a negative review, and a report to Peerspace
Renters must have their own insurance for all equipment used and personnel
No office computers may be used without special permission
No office supplies (paper, staples, post its, tape, food) may be used without explicit permission
Any broken objects, damaged surfaces or furniture must be reported immediately to on-site employee and afterwards to Stonestreet in writing.
No additional or uncleared persons are to be allowed in to the building, including delivery people and messengers.
ADDITIONAL cleaning fee if there is any food or reception. $100. No messy or crumbly food. No alcohol.
Weekend rentals or weekday rentals after 6pm require a $200 fee for a staff member to be on-site.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
