Centrally located on the historic U Street Corridor, our boutique studio. 600 square feet of open floor space. Ideally suited for: - Dance Rehearsals - Photo Shoots - Production Work - Martial Arts Workshops - Presentations - African Drumming Workshops Included with your booking: - Seating for 40 - 4 wired microphones with stands - 2 Thump 15A Speakers - 3 8' Rectangular Tables - 2 Refrigerators Available at additional cost: - 15 Djembe Drums ($10ea)

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Mr.Rahim was an Excellent host and really made sure me and my teams time at his studio was the best. He made us feel special and at home. I will definitely be coming back to is creative space!

Every single one of our guests was blown away by this space! Not only was it unique, but Rahim made the entire process from start to finish so easy and personable! We LOVED our time here and would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!!

Abdur-Rahim was an awesome host and very interesting person! We loved the space and learning about the organization that uses the space. The lion dance costumes decor looked amazing in photos and provided a nice back drop to my karaoke bday party!
