About the Space

Our hourly, capacity, and minimum hours are non-negotiable. Please do not inquire if your production cannot fit these requirements. For events please use the event listing. Our studio is located near McKinley Park and available for a wide range of production projects. We are open to hosting photo shoots, film shoots, commercials, filmed interviews, promo videos, apparel shoots, product shoots, and more! This rental is for the first floor of our 6,000 SQ FT studio. No access to the second floor without approval. The space has been used previously for a large production shoot for a furniture catalog. We have a 7 car driveway that allows for easy load in and out. **The artwork cannot be included in projects without the owner's approval** **Large-scale productions will be subject to a quote to the demands - furniture removal, art removal, decoration, time periods, multi-day, load in/out, etc.** Space Details: - 10 person capacity (larger groups considered on a case-by-case basis) - Long Dining/Conference Tables - Sonos Speaker System - Full Kitchen (ask for permission before booking) - Skylights - Catering Area - Driveway can hold 7 cars - Small courtyard with a Cabana - Access to 4 Restrooms - Easy Load In/Out - 1,000 SQ FT Breakout Space - Modern Finishes/Designs - Artwork throughout the studio - Natural Light

Health and Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect the space before and after events. We provide hand sanitizer. We require masks when not filming, and we keep the 12' garage door and 30' Nana Walls open when the weather is appropriate. We are following all guidlines according to the CDC and Illinois's Covid plan.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
