Cast and crew must be max the amount pre stipulated (unless approved by host in writing) PETS -Absolutely no pets (otherwise pre approved by host in writing ) PLUMBING -Please make a note and advise your cast & crew: do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper. SMOKING -No smoking of any kind inside the property or under covered areas. If smoking outside please dispose it properly. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Check in and check out times must be respected. Overtime is charged at time and ½ (no exceptions) Be ready. Before your Checkout please make sure: -All Trash has been properly disposed into sealed trash bags (the large bins are located on the side of the house ) , if there are excessive bags that do not fit into the bins please coordinate to take those. -Any furniture that was moved it is back in place ( we suggest taking before and after photos) -Ultimately place is as it was found. CARE -Maid is available at $25 per hour minimum 4 hrs -Please protect floors when moving equipment ( we have brand new floors) -If possible have crew wear disposable booties (if you don’t have it we can provided it / cast wipe off shoes before stepping on the rugs ( it certainly helps a lot to maintain the floors and rugs clean) ADDITIONAL INFO -$350 fee for lost keys or gate remote LIABILITY -By agreeing to the house rules you are agreeing that host / owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries that happens in the property, you are are also fully responsible & liable for your cast & crew DEPOSIT -Deposit will be refunded in full if there are no issues. Breaking any of the house rules will reflect on the deposit amount refunded and or additional Fees. Thank you for booking with us.
