All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Lisa’s home was beautiful, tidy, and cozy. Lisa was very helpful and quick to reply. We had tables and chairs delivered for the backyard and they arrived early, before I arrived, and Lisa directed them to where to set up and was extremely helpful! Her space had everything that we needed, and my guests were very excited to spend time there. They even had music playing when we walked in!! They’re backyard was also amazing! I really enjoyed renting the space and would absolutely do it again.

My first time using Peerspace and Lisa made it so easy and approachable for me! The space was just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos and the backyard is HUGE! Will definitely be recommending to friends for future events!

This listing was just as described, and looked even better in person. I was able to use the living room area for my photoshoot and the tall, large windows really helped let in a ton of natural light into the room. I didn't even have to use the LED lights that I brought with me. 10/10 would recommend!

What a wonderful experience hosting a baby shower at Lisa's beautiful house! We had everything we needed to prepare for the shower. The house was so cozy for all of the guests and the backyard accommodated perfectly for everyone to mingle & move about freely, kids to play and overall enjoy. Very pretty and lots of sitting room! I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone having a special event.

This space was perfect for the photoshoot we had! So many cute spots inside and in the huge backyard. Would definitely recommend for any sort of creative photoshoot!

Most perfect space. We had such a lovely bridal shower. Super clean and organized. Had great lighting, plenty of space and tons of seating. Highly recommend!
