Private open space for Photo Shoots, Casting Sessions, Workshops, Video Interviews (not sound proofed). Office area and bathroom with shower. Spacious outside seating. Great natural light or can be blacked out for controlled lighting. Ideal for portrait & head shot sessions. In quiet neighborhood, near Studio City & North Hollywood, with plenty of street and driveway parking. Easy load in. Starbucks, restaurants, pizza & fast food nearby. Host does not provide craft service. 10-15 people. I am a photographer and can help with your production needs. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Rich's studio was absolutely perfect - clean, spacious, professional, well-equipped, all just as advertised. Rich was an excellent host - a photographer himself, he's an expert in the field so he was incredibly helpful and generous with assisting our set up.
