Private open space for Photo Shoots, Casting Sessions, Workshops, Video Interviews (not sound proofed). Office area and bathroom with shower. Spacious outside seating. Great natural light or can be blacked out for controlled lighting. Ideal for portrait & head shot sessions. In quiet neighborhood, near Studio City & North Hollywood, with plenty of street and driveway parking. Easy load in. Starbucks, restaurants, pizza & fast food nearby. Host does not provide craft service. 10-15 people. I am a photographer and can help with your production needs.
