ADVERTISING
The Client must submit all advertising materials, including all social media, to our company for approval prior to distribution, including use of our name and company logo, and all other trademarked designs.
SITE DECORATION
Our company provides a welcoming space for all of our events. The Client is welcome to provide additional decorations to create the atmosphere they see fit. The following restrictions are in place
● No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items may be used on walls, furniture, or bar.
● Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any resulting damages are the Client’s sole responsibility.
● No confetti or glitter of any type is allowed.
● All electrical cords and equipment must be installed so as not to present a hazard for guests or staff.
ENTRY AND EXIT
The Client agrees that our staff may enter and exit premises during the course of the event. A representative of our company will be on-site during your entire event and will be checking periodically with the responsible parties to ensure everything is working smoothly. We will also be checking the bathroom, the overall premises, replenishing hand towels and toilet paper, and will be available for questions or to respond to needs or issues that may arise at any time.
