This modern lounge is located on the top floor of the building. 3000 sq. ft. will allow you to entertain up to 70 people in this flexible space. The room is lined with windows displaying a stunning unobstructed view of Washtington DC. The Lounge features a partial kitchen with mini- refrigerator, sink and food warmer. 50 inch TV's are hung on walls around the space. Banquets, bar stools and club chairs offer flexible seating. You are welcome to bring in additional tables and chairs to suit. This space is located within an apartment building. We will require that you have a designated person(s) that checks guests in at the lobby and escorts them up in the elevator to the space. You may see our fantastic residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building, please be mindful of their privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their home. Please note the TV's are equipped with basic cable only. Pay-Per-View Channels are not available. Security guards will be provided for all events, and bartenders will be required for all events serving hard alcohol. THERE IS NO FURNITURE MOVEMENT ALLOWED! As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Phenomenal space, shady practice. My family hosted a beautiful event honoring my daughter who obtained her PhD, in this lovely space. We reserved the space until 10p, but wrapped up earlier than expected, cleaned, and the entire party was out and checked out with the front desk security around 9:20p. Today we received a “overtime” charge, and we actually left early. We have tried to contact the host and now the contact number given is “no longer accepting calls.” I feel like it’s a scam! If you can afford erroneous charges, this beautiful space is the place for you!

Great space for an intimate 40th birthday party. It was about 70 guests and the guests loved the space. It was kinda warm I’m there despite asking the host to turn up the air a few times. Other than that the experience was great l!

This is a perfect space for a party. We held our annual office holiday party at this venue and it had everything we needed. There is plenty of space to mix and mingle and tons of seating with tables to serve food. There is a sink, mini fridge, and large kitchen island. The front desk concierge, Dean, was a dream to work with. He was very attentive and welcoming during our event. The only negative aspect of the rental was that two of our guests received parking tickets in the recommended garage that was supposed to be free after 7pm.

A Vibe! Lauren was very easy to work with very direct and clear on the venue and my options. I hosted a 5 Year Anniversary gathering with about 60 guests. There was a Free parking garage next door to the building on Dixon St also plenty of street parking. I had a full cater dinner, Bartending services, Photographer /videographer services the venue hired security services to let guest up to the lounge overall I enjoyed the entire experience. I will say to include set up and breakdown time in your time slot you will need more than 30 minutes for both. If you’re hosting in the summer and fall months ask to adjust the temperature the day of your event it got a little warm in the sky lounge once the guest started to arrived.

First of all Eduardo is a gem, and was very accomodating and patient with me with my many questions during the planning process. The venue was amazing with a spectacular view. I had my 50th birthday party there, wirh 50 people. I had a full catered dinner, photo booth and dessert table. The event was a success and everyone raved about the venue. You will love it too!
