This is a unique, upscale, and professional conference room located near the LAX area. If you are seeking to host a small business meeting, interview professionals for your company, or need an impressive venue for your next powerpoint presentation; this is the space for you. This conference room is equipped with a flat screen television for your presentation, a dry erase board, 6 rolling chairs, 2 stable chairs, and a large rectangular 8 seat glass table. WiFi is also included.
NO smoking, NO alcohol, NO pets. I'm a pretty lenient individual but I cannot have any of these things on the premises.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Psm M. booked a production for 10 people
There was no parking spaces like we were told there would be when we booked. The air was not on in the whole bldg and that was not told to us when we booked. It was horrible to have 10 people trying to shot a film in an un-air conditioned space that was very small. They should have told us that the air in the bldg would not be on the day we requested to rent and we would not have booked the space. It ended up taking us alot longer to film each scene because we had to keep re applying Makeup. The guy that was there to let us in was very rude and not very nice. I would not recommend this space
There was an issue when I arrived and Mayasha was very accommodating she went over and above and I appreciate that. The space was very professional and clean.

Great space, easy to rent, host was responsive and nice,and the space was perfect for the business meeting we held. Only feedback I would give is to please include the suite number and that's the space is on the 2nd floor in the booking directions. Thank you!
