All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is the perfect space for almost any use. Conveniently located near rt 400, the space is easy to get to. The space is perfect for filming, photography, viewing parties, meetings, business gatherings, daytime events. Luncheons etc. Maximum capacity is 125 people. Space includes stage already in the area that measures 12 feet by 8 feet. The space has 2 entrances and a private bathroom and reception area. Space is located on the first floor with plenty of parking.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Armani was a pleasure to work with! She’s thoughtful and extremely helpful to ensure success for your event. This space was perfect for what we needed - definitely clean, easily accessible and even has a working kitchen! We had the perfect event and would book again in a heartbeat!!!
