Please take a look at our menus for your convenience. ——————— Description We offer a unique place for your next private gathering. Set the scene with a 15 barrel brew system as your background. Our space boasts about 4,000 sq ft and we can accommodate 60 seated and up to 100 standing (with limited seating). Your guests are able to see the operations of an active brewery and the shiny tanks make for excellent photos. The space is located beneath our Taproom in the bottom part of the building with easy access from both front and back. You can put on almost any type of event in our space (...and we have). Corporate events, receptions, happy hours, meetings, birthday parties, networking events, company holiday parties etc. Our space can accommodate live bands, a food truck, and even a game of cornhole. You can contact them at [email protected] ——————— CONVENIENCE We have ample street parking and a full parking lot. After business hours and on weekends, our neighbor's parking lot is also available. In parking lots alone, there is room for approximately 35 cars. We are also 2 blocks from a major bus line. Our event space is located downstairs underneath our tasting room and can be accessed via stairs on the upper level or by stairs and ramp on the lower level. ——————— EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING Guest will set expectations w/ Host 2-weeks prior to booking. CONDUCT We are a drug and smoke-free venue at all times. Guest is responsible for complying with all city, county, State and Federal laws at all times. Please, no confetti or glitter, or confetti/glitter filled balloons. OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE Guest may serve outside alcohol, so long as he/she obtains a Banquet Permit (http://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits). *All outside alcohol is charged a corkage fee and must be served by our licensed servers. Additionally, if hard liquor is served, we ask for a limited bar selection for any mixed drinks. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to serve any guest who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or who acts in any manner that jeopardizes the rights, use, or insurability of our staff, guests, or property. INSURANCE Guest is required to obtain general liability insurance covering the day of the event in the minimum amount of $1 Million Dollars. A certificate of insurance, naming your host as additionally insured, is required in order to book the space. We suggest the Event Helper (https://www.theeventhelper.com/partner/peerspace). Any caterers and/or any outside vendors must also provide a copy of their certificate and catering license prior to the event date. LOST & FOUND We will not take responsibility for personal property left on the premises during or after your event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items for no more than 30 days. Every attempt will be made to return any found item to its rightful owner.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
