Sunlight-filled and airy renovated brick warehouse space with private garden and wood-burning fireplace. Our space has 14' ft exposed wood joist ceilings, multiple skylights, and huge floor-to-ceiling steel casement windows which open directly into a magical garden. The private courtyard garden is quiet and sunny, full of wildflowers, roses, apple trees, and a koi pond. The garden can be illuminated with lovely string lights in the evenings. Due to COVID-19 and enhanced safety measures, we can now comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. Our 1,850 sf space (1,100 sf indoor + 750 sf garden) is great for social events. We have (12x) indoor chairs and (6x) garden chairs. We have up to (3x) 30" x 60" tables for use. Our furnishings are an eclectic mix of vintage, mid-century, and modern and can be arranged to suit many different kinds of events. Guests are also welcome to bring additional furniture as needed. We have a functioning kitchen with large stove, a farmhouse sink, an a 8' long wood dining table, a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and 2 stainless steel chef's prep tables. **We ask that guests work with a licensed and insured caterer and apply for appropriate permits if they would like to serve alcohol. We can provide recommendations. We do not host BYO events. We have two bathrooms, and a dressing/lounge/hang-out room with 2-person couch. NOTE: Please bring your own sound system! We also have several wonderful local catering and flower arrangement contacts to help with all your event production needs. The indoor and outdoor spaces are great for creative, professional, and networking events. -------------------- **Please make sure to read our rules before booking. ***Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking, please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the space in the condition in which it was received. Bret’s space was absolutely perfect for our small wedding. The chaos of 2020 had caused us to re-plan the event a couple of times, and Bret was extremely helpful in making sure the event was executed well. The interior is beautifully designed, and the garden is lush and welcoming. Both made for great settings for drinks and mingling (and look terrific in pictures). We are so pleased with how the wedding went, and can’t imagine a better venue.
