Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. While the space was cool, we had difficulties where none of the hosts the day of knew where the keys were. At first we were told to go to another building to pick up a key, but then were told it was a remote drop. And nobody answered the phone the day of. While we eventually got into the space, it was a bit of a hassle and ended up not being a good professional space. It would have been great for a lunch maybe but not for corporate meetings.
