All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our rooftop deck features not only stunning gardens but a full grilling area as well. Your guests won't soon forget the absolutely breathtaking views of urban silhouettes accompanied by the serenity of the Cascade Mountains. Our rooftop offers stunning views of Downtown Seattle. This is the perfect space for meetings, birthday parties, photo shoots, workshops, baby showers, dinners, team off sites, film shoots. We look forward to hosting you!

General Rules

No pets No smoking Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you!
