Centrally located where Hollywood meets West Hollywood just off Melrose but isolated from the noise. Your rental is for the backyard which includes the 400 sqft Pool House (indoor) with 2 bathrooms. You and your guests enter through the left gate entrance. POOL HOUSE 350 sq ft multifunctional space with 13.5ft vaulted ceiling. Features light-weight lounge seating area that can easily be maneuvered. Massive 85" TV to play a slideshow or view a movie. Basketball arcade game. Counter space. Full size refrigerator/freezer. Microwave. 2 BATHROOMS There are 2 bathrooms in the backyard for you and your guests. One is regular sized. The other is spacious and wheel chair accessible and includes an ADA compliant toilet and sink, full size mirror, wall hooks and sitting stools for wardrobe changes. BAR AREA There is a designated area with a bar for you to set out drinks and/or food. There are 3 ice coolers included and lots of counter space. PROPANE GRILL & FOOD PREP/SERVING AREA Whether you want to use the bbq on site or have catering use their own equipment, there is an area for preparing food. Use of the Grill is a $50 ADD-ON for the Propane Tank. FIRE PIT & PATIO HEATERS Create a cozy and visual ambiance and add warmth for you and your guests with the fire pit add-on ($50) or add the patio heaters to your rental for your guests to gather around (2 patio heaters available - $50 each). SOUND SYSTEM The backyard is equipped with 12 speakers throughout the space so that music is distributed throughout the space. No additional speaker systems are allowed. There is a built-in iPad in the Pool House to control the music. Premium Apple Music is included or you can log into your account for a different streaming service (note: SoundCloud & YouTube Music volume levels are inconsistent and not recommended). SALT WATER POOL & HOT TUB At 32’ long and 14' wide, the swimming pool is a beautiful and soothing feature for your event regardless if you and your guests will be swimming. Features colored lighting that you can adjust to match the theme of your event. The pool reaches a depth of just 5ft which is great for large groups to gather and hang out and lends itself perfectly for water games. The baja shelf is perfect for lounging and relaxing for guests who don't want to get much more than their feet wet, and it’s a great area for small kids to be supervised. The hot tub provides bench seating and can fit 10-12 guests comfortably with more seated along the perimeter. *** Heating the pool and/or hot tub is an ADD-ON *** Basketball & Volleyball pool games available as an ADD-ON as well (please see the ADD-ON section of the listing for more info). SEATING There are multiple areas for your guests to gather and converse with plenty of seating for about 50 people. 10 additional folding chairs and 4 additional 6ft tables are available as an ADD-ON. COLORED LED LIGHTING The entire backyard is lit with colored LED lights that you can ask to be any color scheme you’d like to match the theme of your event. GAMES Giant Jenga, Corn Hole and Basketball Arcade are included in your rental for you and your guests to enjoy. KITCHEN If you'd like to hire a private chef or catering service that requires a kitchen you can ADD-ON the kitchen to the main house for your event. In this instance the kitchen is strictly for food preparation and opens up directly to the backyard for easy access. The kitchen features an oven, 4 ranges, toaster oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator (no freezer, there is freezer space in the pool house). AMENITIES Lots of included amenities. The space is fully furnished with dining chairs, lounge chairs and sofas, and multiple dining tables. Lots of counter space. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave. Large 85" Smart TV with soundbar -- sign into various streaming services. 12 speaker sound system with Premium Apple Music. Designated areas for food vendors, bartender, photo booth. 4 full-size umbrellas to place throughout the space. Games -- Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Basketball Arcade (all included)... Pool Volleyball & Pool Basketball (available as Add-Ons). Plant wall for photo op backdrop with built in rod for hanging banners. PARKING You can park 3 vehicles in the square driveway out front (please be sure to park within the grass strips and keep the sidewalk clear). Lots of free parking in the surrounding blocks. Metered parking on Melrose (free after 8pm), paid parking lot and valet service conveniently located directly across the street. NEARBY ACTIVITIES Immediate walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, tattoo parlors, a dance studio, and a park. There's also multiple Escape Rooms and the Groundlings Comedy Club right around the corner. A great perk for your guests to enjoy themselves before or after your event. DIFFERENT RATES BASED ON BOOKING SIZE When you submit your inquiry/booking you enter how many Attendees your booking is for and the correlating rate will adjust.
