Your booking includes 3 vehicle parking spots in the front square driveway. A parking lot conveniently located directly across the street offers paid parking and sometimes valet service. Nearby metered parking is free after 8pm. There is no parking on my side of the block after 8pm and 2 hour parking on the opposite side. Free unrestricted parking starts just one block up. Either go straight passed the stop sign or turn left onto Waring and the left side of each block has free unrestricted parking. Always remind guests to double check the posted signs in case there is a change or street cleaning. If people will be drinking alcohol or smoking marijuana at your event you should be encouraging your guests to Uber/Lyft to prevent them from driving under the influence. Thanks!

Events need to book through the Events category. *** Click Read More *** LENGTH Monday - Friday (till 4pm): 2 hour minimum Friday (starting 4pm) - Sunday: 5 hour minimum There are often multiple bookings on the same day so be sure to book for as many hours as necessary just in case you won't be able to extend on the day. PRICING 1-5 Attendees - $75/hr 6-15 Attendees - $150/hr 16-30 Attendees - $200/hr 31-45 Attendees - $250/hr 46-60 Attendees - $300/hr 61-80 Attendees - $350/hr BOOKING TIMEFRAME - Your rental begins when your start time (regardless if you arrive late) and ends when you completely leave the premises (includes front driveway). Please plan accordingly so that the driveway is clear by the end of your booked timeframe otherwise there will be overtime charges. FRI - SAT BOOKINGS - Can go till 10:00pm (Guests should be gone by 9:30pm allowing enough time for clean up to be completed). SUN - THURS BOOKINGS - Can go till 9:00pm (Guests should be gone by 8:30pm allowing enough time for clean up to be completed). ATTENDEE COUNT - Hourly rate retroactively adjusted for off-sites that end up having more people than booking. - Additional $250 site rep fee for events that end up having more than 15 additional people more than booking. - Undisclosed activities subject to additional site rep fee. If you are charging for admission (either directly or through donations) or if you plan to sell alcohol you must inform host before booking. - If there will potentially be any guests under the age of 21 you must inform host before booking. GLASS - Because of swimming pool, glass drink-ware is not allowed in the backyard. - Drink-ware must be break-resistant. Crystal plastic cups are not allowed because they can shatter. - Beer bottles (and similar) are not allowed for self-serve events. All other alcohol bottles are to remain on the bar. SMOKING - Smoking is allowed in the backyard but not inside of the studio space. PETS - Pets are allowed, additional cleaning fee may apply. SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB - Use of swimming pool & hot tub are not included in your rental for an off-site. Pool parties need to book through the Events category. DECORATIONS - If you plan to have decorations than you are planning an event and should book through the Events category, not as an Off-Site. NO FIREWORKS, SMOKE BOMBS, OR SIMILAR CLEANING - Cleaning fee covers trash disposal. Host maintains trash throughout event as trash bins fill up. Boxes and decorations can be left behind for disposal (excludes some oversized decorations and boxes). - Guests are responsible for food/drink spills, placing all trash in provided bins, returning furniture to original location, and leaving the place looking as it was when you arrived. VENDORS - All vendors working on site (ie bartenders, catering, photo booth, planners, decorators, etc) need to provide a Certificate of Insurance with Additional Insured Endorsement at least 72 hours in advance. - Please provide Vendors contact info so they can be sent a required guidelines PDF.
