Standing capacity 60, seated capacity 40 BYOB is allowed if nobody under 21 is in attendance and no hard liquor is served Hard liquor may only be served by those with a liquor license No open flames No smoking within 15 feet of the door All events must end by 10 PM and no noise disturbances are allowed Pets are allowed on a case by case basis No firearms or other weapons allowed No glitter or confetti No taping or adding holes to walls Everything must leave by the end of the rental period, with the space left in broom-clean condition WiFi access information will be shared prior to event start

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This space was PERFECT for our baby shower! It was so so so beautiful and perfectly laid out, it hardly needed any decorations! Kate was incredibly accommodating with everything and anything we needed, and she even let us stand 15 minutes over our time while it rained and we waited for our cars!
