This freshly renovated storefront studio in Pilsen is ideal for intimate, stylish events. Showers, dinners, photo shoots, workshops and more are a perfect fit. Please do not place a booking request before contacting us! We like to be in touch with guests to ensure a good fit, and set up tours if needed. Please note our cancellation policy - we do not make exceptions, so be sure you are okay with it before sending a booking request! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

This space is beautiful. You honestly have to do so little to make this place feel like your own. The tables and chairs offer a very refreshing ambiance and class.

Yes, I would book again.

The place was perfect for my brunch. The location was convenient for everyone. The staff was nice and the owner was great with communication. I definitely recommend this place! The only “con” I can say was I felt a little rushed towards the end of my booking time.

Beautiful experience. Hosted a birthday brunch. Venue was amazing and exactly as pictured. Kate was always friendly and responded to my inquiries promptly. The on-site team member I encountered was amazing as well and very accommodating. Would %100 book again!

Yes, I would book again.

Kate was always very responsive to my questions leading up to the event date. Very accommodating with virtually touring the space as I live out of town and wasn’t able to physically tour it. The space looked as it was advertised when I arrived to set up for my sister’s baby shower. The decor they already had in place made DIY decorations so much easier and I really didn’t need much extra decor. It’s hard to find event spaces like this, for a reasonable price, in Chicago. Our event actually ended up going longer than intended and Ellen who was onsite during our event was so helpful and accommodating and let us stay past our intended end time, we just had to pay for the extra time and it followed their regular rate I believe. This space was perfect and sooo glad I found it!
