Space was beautiful, so beautiful minimal decorations were needed. Used space for my daughter’s rite of passage ceremony and got so many compliments for the space. The manager on-site Taylor was extremely helpful and was out of the way but on call so that was cool. I would rate 5 but give 4 stars due to the peacock wicker chair seen in the picture wasn’t there and was a key aspect to why we picked the venue - we even made the ceremony 80s vintage couture because of the chair so this was a downside. When we arrived we found out the peacock wicker chair wasn’t there it was out for rent and had I known that I would have rented the chair for our event when I booked the space two months prior. Other than that everything else was good and I do recommend for intimate celebrations.

The space was beautiful and spacious. There was an on-site manager available to answer any questions that came up. There was a Bluetooth audio setup with surround speakers to keep a good vibe going. We loved this space for my sister’s baby shower and we would definitely book again!

This venue is a perfect mixture of vintage & style with beautiful amenities including tables & chairs…. The space was brought to life with very few decorations that my sister absolutely loved. The space was beautiful, just stunning! However, that's about all I can positively say about my experience with this space. After booking the venue, Kate let us know that she has a site manager and that would be our person of contact if we had any questions. That person of contact changed 3 different times within the 4 months from booking through the date of the event. We sent several unanswered emails because the person we were told to reach out to no longer worked for the company, yet we were never notified that our person of contact was changed. Also we weren't told until after booking that we had to pay for our set up and break down time. Thus, we had to pay for additional time and this made booking with quality vendors VERY hard as they have multiple parties in one day. Every minute that you are in the space HAS to be paid for. Additionally, the day of my event we were LATE being let into the space due to our person of contact being changed again. The day before our event we reached out and spoke to Jennifer and she told us specifically that we can unload our cars in the back of the building. The Day of our event we made sure to arrive early so we can unload. We contacted Jennifer multiple times during the morning and early afternoon and yet we’re not able to connect with here. Because of this we weren't able to get access to the building on time. Apparently a new person of contact was assigned the day of without our knowledge. We called the venue manager Kate to see
