A dynamic flex space and conference room for meetings, classroom training and off-site groups in a comfortable business setting on a quiet tree-lined block just steps from Michigan Avenue. Host boardroom meetings, mixers, breakfasts, lectures, training, workshops, networking events and holiday parties for groups of 10-50 people, in a private, secure suite with easy access by keypad entry. The suite also features a separate conference room, with wall-mounted monitors, for classroom training, breakouts or catering with tables. Hi-speed internet, 6 iMacs + 2 HP all-in-ones for remote and hybrid connectivity are also included. Perfect for Board Meetings, Sales Meetings, Luncheons, Client Meetings, Presentations, Lecture, Mixer, Cocktail Party, Reception, Corporate Breakfasts, Fundraising Event, Film Shoot, Photo Shoot, Photography, Brainstorming, Casting, Discussions, Lectures, Group Work Sessions, Happy Hours, Holiday Parties, Seminars, Hackathons, Launch Events, Pop-Ups, Networking Events, Remote and Hybrid Meetings, Orientations, Promotional Videos, Retreats, and Screenings. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Jeff did a fantastic job communicating how to access the location well before our event date, so I felt properly prepared. Instructions on how to access wifi and location of restrooms was also provided. The building location is an a fantastic area with plenty of restuarants and activities. For our event, we were within walking distance to our hotel as well as our nightly restaurants and social activities (beercade, escape room). For our event, we hosted around 30 people and the suite was large enough for multiple break outs. Overall a fantastic experience!
