You’ll find luxe mid-century modern décor with gilded accents reminiscent of the Jazz Age in our chic and stylish venue atop a boutique hotel in Flatiron/Chelsea. PRICE $500 per hour for a whole venue buyout for private use of our entire bar for your group up to 60 ppl during weekday daytime hours. Price can vary depending on the day/date desired. SPACE The listed price includes private access to our entire rooftop venue. The space features windows offering amazing 18th floor views of Manhattan and includes plush seating for up to 40, with a standing capacity for up to 120 people. FOOD & DRINKS Enjoy views of Lower Manhattan while selecting from a cocktail program. Our full service bar stocks everything from beer, wine and spirits to cleverly crafted cocktails, and offers a weekday happy hour. Feeling hungry? Pair your drinks with a delectable dish from our exclusive Greek restaurant serving a delicious menu of authentic Mediterranean dishes with a twist—from seafood to steaks—in a modern-meets-rustic setting. STAFF A manager and event planner will be present for the entirety of the event as well as servers, bartenders, and our back of house. The volume of staff will be determined by the size of the reservation. We also offer reservations of just the Window Speakeasy area of the bar for smaller groups under 20 max.
